Some business meetings just can’t be done effectively in restaurants or coffee shops. There’s nothing like trying to negotiate the finer points of a deal while being interrupted every five minutes by waitstaff asking you if you need anything else.

No, you do not need to have a coworking plan or rent an office to rent our conference rooms.

Klick the Buy Now button and purchase conference room time. You will then have access to our reservation calendar.

Non-members, and members with single and multi-day plans can access the office between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Members with permanent deskpace and office rentals will have 24/7 access. Arrangements can be made for earlier or later access, an additional deposit or fees may be required. Speak to a community manager for details.

Conference rooms are first-come-first-served. We recommend that you reserve meeting room space as soon as you schedule your appointment.

Conference rooms must be cancelled one business day prior to the start time of your meeting or you will be charged for the room. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation will be charged to non-members.

Coffee, water or soft drinks can be ordered online when you make your reservation. If you required food delivery, contact a community manager who will make arrangements.

We do not require a security deposit to rent conference rooms during normal business hours.

Subject to availability, you can simply purchase additional conference room time by the hour, or in discounted bundles, online in our reservation portal.

You will have access to business class office equipment, including high speed internet and WiFi, screen sharing for projection, video chat, copiers, scanners & printing (additional charges may apply).
