WHAT IS COWORKING?
Coworking is a style of work where professionals, who are not necessarily employed by the same organization, share a physical work environment, and frequently have similar values and professional habits. They are also interested in the benefits that come from working alongside other talented professionals in the same space, including collaborating on projects or exchanging leads and referrals.

What's the difference between a coworking day pass, Day Office, permanent deskspace and office rental?
Day Passes are sold in single-day or multi-day coworking packages. You get non-dedicated deskspace in one of our coworking areas, and access to our business lounge, phone room and conference rooms (additional fees may apply). Members with Day Passes have access to the building from 9am to 5pm.
Day Offices are executive sized private offices with locking doors that can be rented by the day, week or month. Members use a Day Office for quiet work, team work with another person, client meetings or interviews. Members with single day or weekly Day Office passes have access from 9am to 5pm. Members renting on a monthly basis will have 24/7 building access.
Permanent deskspaces are rented by the month and you get everything included in a Day Pass, plus you have have a desk, lamp, locking storage and waste bin assigned permanently to you in one of our designated coworking areas.
Offices rentals can be reserved by the month or on a long term basis. You will have the exclusive use of your office for the term of your contract and 24/7 building access. Do I need to reserve a coworking desk in advance?
Single and multi-day coworking passes are available on a first come first served basis. You can reserve conference rooms online through our member portal.
When can I access the coworking space?
Members with single and multi-day coworking passes, and daily or weekly Day Office passes can access the coworking space between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on business days. Members with permanent deskpace and monthly office rentals have 24/7 building access. Arrangements can be made for earlier or later access, an additional deposit or fees may be required. Do you have staff onsite?
Our ‘official’ hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on business days, and our reception desk and a community manager will be onsite in our coworking spaces during those times, but we’re usually around for longer hours.
Can guests visit me in the coworking space?
All coworking members can have guests visit them while they are in the office. Common sense applies. Business meetings should be conducted in conference rooms, but we allow our members to use the lounge for short, casual meetings. Casual guests staying longer than an hour (and not meeting you in a conference room) can purchase a Day Pass for $20.
Where will my coworking desk be?
Coworking members with single and multi-day passes can use desks in designated coworking areas, which are quiet spaces tucked away throughout the building. Members with permanent deskspace will be assigned a desk in one of our designated coworking areas.
Is a security deposit required?
We do not require a security deposit for coworking members with single or multi-day coworking passes, unless they intend to use the coworking space after hours, in which case a security deposit may be required. Members with permanent deskspace and office rentals will be required to pay a security deposit equal to one month’s recurring fees.
What if I need additional conference room hours?
You can purchase additional conference room time by the hour, or in discounted bundles, online in our Member Portal. See our Meeting Room page for information about pricing.
Can I use conference rooms without buying a coworking plan?
Yes! There’s no requirement to have a coworking plan to use our conference rooms. You can purchase conference room time and make reservations through our online portal. See this page for more details.
